Additions and corrections. The synthesized gold nanoparticles stabilized by citrate showed a surface plasmon band at 515 nm as presented in the paper (Figure 1). In reference [9] of the paper it was mentioned that the size of these nanoparticles was 2.6 nm average diameters as determined based on the optical spectra. Transmission electron microscopy analysis of the sample shows that the average diameter size is 5.9 nm
