Teenage is a period of the vital cycle characterized by body and psychological changes. Threatening and traumatizing elements are brought up when the teen faces severe body changes and the genitalization of his body and psique. Body image and the primary identifications of a psychotic teen were investigated taking into consideration the pubertarian impact. The methods used were the Rorschach, the HTP and the family frame. On the Rorschach analysis there is an image of the archaic body and regressive primary identifications. On the HTP, fragility of the ego, not well constituted limits, a human figure destituted of identifying elements and relational exchanges are identified. Summing up, it is possible to realize that the impact of the pubertarian on the psychotic teen works out as a second traumatism, emphasizing the narcissistic fragility experienced during childhood.
