ABSTRACT
A 75 years old hypertensive male patient with diagnosis of parkinsonism with movement disorder was admitted for radiofrequency ablation of globus pallidus and subthalamic neuclei. The procedure was done under conscious sedation using Dexmedetomidine infusion, where in the patient was frequently asked to respond to various commands while undergoing the surgery.
