The present paper discusses how the vernam ciphermethod can be extended to a new symmetric keycryptographic method called Bit Level generalizedmodified vernam cipher method with feedback.Nath et al already developed a method called BLESversion-I where they have used extensive bit levelpermutation encryption method. Nath et. al hasalready developed bit manipulation method calledNJJSAA where the authors mainly used bit levelright shift, bit level XOR operation. In the presentpaper the authors have used bit level modifiedvernam cipher method. using random keygenerator. The authors have introduced a special bitmanipulation method so the encryption algorithmwill work even for all characters with ASCII Code 0or all characters with ASCII Code 255. Thestandard encryption algorithm will fail to encrypt afile where all characters are ASCII ‘0’ or allcharacters with ASCII ‘255’ but the present methodwill be able to encrypt a file where all characters areASCII ‘0’ or all characters are ASCII ‘255’. Thepresent method will be effective for encrypting shortmessage, password, confidential key etc. Thespectral analysis in the result sections shows thatthe present method is free from known plain textattack, differential attack or any type of brute forceattack.
