ABSTRACT
In this analysis, we have developed a block cipher which includes a key bunch matrix and a key matrix supported with modular arithmetic addition. In this, we have introduced a permutation, which is obtained as a combination of row wise permutation and column wise permutation. The cryptanalysis, discussed in this investigation, establishes that the strength of the cipher is commendable.
