Brief representation of the performance by the following Enterprises Groups: “Objetivo, COC and Positivo” in the districts of São Paulo state

This article means to make a brief presentation about the origin f the operation and the insertion into the “paulista” educational market with emphasis in the period from 2001 to 2010 of three big Enterprises Groups, “Objetivo COC and Positivo” as well caracterize the products and services which are part of its “educational systems”. Besides of the performance in the private teaching sector such Groups have stood out for their amplification in the Public System through the use its teaching apostilles system by a significant number of “paulistas” districts. The data refer to a research made by the authors during the development of the researches of scientific initiation. We can observe a lot of similarities in the course and performance of three Groups and a big increasing offer of their “teaching systems”, thus generating consequences such as standardization of teaching contents, standardization of quality and transfer of responsabilities from the public sector to the private sphere.
