ABSTRACT
Chlamydial infections are the most spread bacterial sexually transmitted infections. Chlamydial infection maintain vital clinical problem for doctors of almost each branch of medicine, such as dermatology and venereology, ophthalmology, gynaecology and obstetrics, rheumatology etc. Chlamydial infection are important problem not only because of variation of the diseases causing by those bacteria, but also due to enormous percentage of whole human population suffering from, and susceptible for these bacteria. WHO says that annually 90 million people are infected. That enormous amount of infected people causes medical and socioeconomic problems. Worldwide, chlamydial magnitude has a great importance, therefore prevention and treatment are factors of great importance.
