ABSTRACT
This paper discusses theoretical and practical aspects of creativity and communication ofindividuals and work teams within organizations. The research has two main objectives: tocontribute to the development of management applied studies, communication management, andorganizational psychology, as well as to discuss the ways in which creativity can be fostered andmanaged within organizations, since it analyzes the need of a culture of creativity, presenting the diagnosis of the major paradoxes and dilemmas confronted by the business community todevelop organizational creativity today; it intends to present possible solutions, thought patternsand micro-skills that can help manage organizational creativity. The article presents evidence toassess creativity and discusses the major dilemmas and challenges faced by organizations todayto promote organizational creativity. In order to produce this work, we used the theoreticalpracticalmethod and case study, basically using techniques of literature review and the observation.
