ABSTRACT
The article brought the assessment and analysis of competitive advantages of companies in the manufacture of household pumps. A methodical approach to the analysis of the level of competitive advantage using three ratings reference value, minimum value of the effective benefits of the target market, the minimum practical operation of competitive advantage, thereto the value lower than the minimum one leads to losing the meaning by the competitive advantage. The authors highlighted three main areas: improving the efficiency of operations, improving innovation, improving strategic planning.
