Two main reasons that justify the man's concern in front of the exposure to the mutagenic agents exist. First, an increment in the degree of mutation of the germinal cells may cause the increase of the genetic illnesses incidence in the future generations. Second, mutations in the somatic cells can contribute to several disorders and even, to be involved in the pathogenesis of some chronic degenerative illnesses. The aim of this work is to determine a methodology that allows evaluating low repetitivity the appearance frequency of the anomalous forms of the sperm head, the frequency of micronucleis appearance in erythrocytes polychromatophilic and the evaluation of chromosomal aberrations in bone marrow cells of rodents. We think that the technical development will be useful for researchers who are dedicated to the in vivo genotoxicity.
