ABSTRACT
Aspergillosis of the central nervous system is very severe disease with bad prognosis so far. The authors described the case of disseminated central nervous aspergillosis in immunocompromised patients with Nijmegen breakage syndrome treated due to T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The six-month therapy with voriconazole led to the regression of the fungal process. The effective treatment with prolonged usage of voriconazole seems to be the most important factor in the success of the therapy in patient with severe dysfunction of immunological resistance.
