EFFECTS OF TWO KINDS OF EXERCISES WITH LOW AND HIGH INTENSITY ON SOME HEMATOLOGICAL FACTORS IN ELITE FEMALE ATHLETES

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of two kind of exercise with low and highintensity on red blood cell; hemoglobin; hematocrit in elite Kayaker women. Method: In orderto achieve the purpose of the study; 11 elite voluntary athletes (Mean aged 18.72± 1.618; height165±6.16; weight 57.72± 6.24) participated In the program. Before exercise the test bloodsample were taken .Then the subject rowed for 30 minute with an intensification of 65 rowrhythm per minute in the lake. The second blood samples were taken instantly. Rowersparticipated in high intensity exercise 24 hours after in the same situation with 90 row rhythmper minute. The blood samples were sent to the laboratory. We applied the ANOVA withrepeated measure statistical method for analyzing. Result: the finding of this research showed:· An increase in mean red blood cell in both low and high intensity exercise which thehigh intensity exercise lead to a significant increase in RBC(P
