ABSTRACT
Impedance study of LiMn1.9Fe0.1O4 spinel and electrochemical cells with cathode based on it has been carried out. The influence of iron substitution on the structure, distribution of cathions in sublattices, and electrical properties of the synthesized polycrystalline spinel has been established. Based on the analysis of the impedance spectra of electrochemical cells, the charge transfer processes in layouts of lithium current sources are described and the main kinetic parameter of lithium intercalation – electrostimulated diffusion coefficient – has been calculated.
