ABSTRACT
Epithelioid haemangioendothelioma (EH) is an uncommon tumour of endothelial cell origin. Its occurrence in children is very rare as only 3 reports involving the skin in children have been found in the literature. We report a case of EH arising in a 12-year-old African child. It clinically presented as several nodules on a swollen lower limb. This eruptive nature of the tumour as well as certain histopathological findings may indicate an aggressive clinical course. The differential diagnosis of EH was discussed by authors.
