ABSTRACT
The forms of estimation of the economic potential of the enterprise are investigated,their classification is conducted, their advantages and defects are distinguished,prospects of their application are characterized. The need of the use of the cognitivemodeling of enterprise’s economic potential estimation methodology is substantiated. Theauthor points out at the need of the use of the cognitive modeling of enterprise’s econo-mic potential estimation methodology. Thereby it will be possible to determine the generalcondition of the company, to draw conclusions about its possible relation to market condi-tions, to objectively determine the management strategy vector, as well as the weak-nesses and strengths of the enterprise.
