ABSTRACT
Fibrous Dysplasia is rarely seen in adults. The anteriorcraniofacial bones are more commonly involved thanmore lateral or posterior regions. Loss of vestibular function,tinnitus and hearing loss may be seen associatedwith sphenoid and temporal bone involvement.
