ABSTRACT
İnvagination is a clinical entity, which describes infoldingof proximal part of the intestine with in distal part. Only5% of the invaginations occur in adulthood. İnflammatorypolyp, is a rare disorder, which may present in anywhereof gastrointestinal tract but mostly originated from gastralantrum. We report a 42-year-old patient who developedan ileocholic invagination due to a giant polypoid masson terminal ileum. To whom we performed terminal ileumresection with right hemicholectomy and pathologic examinationshowed that the mass is inflammatory polyp.
