ABSTRACT
- The teachers tell their story. The method of Grounded Theory in the phenomenological understanding - The research topic is focused on the difficulties of teachers (through the narration of their experiences) and how put in place by themselves to overcome it.The method of Grounded Theory was the thread that led to the exploration of the phenomenon through categories that have presented a structured dimension of the phenomenon to arrive at a conceptual description in their mutual relations. In the process of analysis protocols transcription of the interviews, I identified the categories (such as sets of conceptual tools of the method), with a different degree of generalization or amplitude in the conceptual description of the phenomenon, so I came gradually to a higher degree of conceptual abstraction. The construction methodological widens upwards, is an inductive process, from small (concept labels or codes), in what is intermediate (categories or families queues), to what is the next highest level (macro categories), up to higher level in the conceptualization (core category) with the same generative nucleus that has a subtle primordial structure develops its essence, takes shape, grows up, goes back to his seminal nature and generative.
