ABSTRACT
A 65 year-old woman presented to our clinic with tinnitus, hearing loss and aural fullness. Preoperatively, she was evaluated with audiometric tests (pure-tone audiogram, acoustic impedance) and magnetic resonance imaging. The glomus tumor was completely resected by transmeatal approach. No recurrence was encountered during a ten month follow-up.
