Objective: Determining the effect of Mitoxantrone on MRI findings in patients with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) "nPatients and Methods: In clinical trial, 25 SPMS patients were enrolled in this study. Brain and spinal cord MRI were performed before and after treatment with Mitoxantrone.
