Implementing elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the modern concepts of quality improvement in education of professional subjects. It is one of few methods that respects bothsides of educational process (cognitive and non-cognitive), accepts requests and wishes of partners of educational process (pupil, parent, etc.) while respecting basic requirements of the school educational programme (teaching syllabus, thematic plans of professional subject). Implementation of the basic elements and requirements is carried out through PDCA cycle as a TQM element. This paper describes in theory Total Quality Management in school environment, PDCA cycle and its application into education process of professional subject. The experimental part of this work submits practical outcomes of such application.
