ABSTRACT
Sport tourism is one of the most important sector in tourism industry. Service quality perceptions of sport tourists seem crucial for the growth of this sector. The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument that would serve to predict sport tourists’ service quality perceptions in ski resorts. Sport tourists (n= 181) have attended this study in Uludag ski resort. Four experts participated in the test of content validity. 18 item survey was used to collect data from sport tourists and the data was analyzed and classified in to five different dimensions: Ski Educators (SE), Ski Pistes & Equipments (SP&E), Hotels & Employees (H&E), Ambience (A), Entertainment (E). Among the factors affecting sport tourists’ service quality perceptions, Ski Pistes & Equipments (SP&E) has been seen the most important factor.
