A five year old female with complex congenital heart disease developed gastrointestinal hemorrhage following VSD closure, RV-PA conduit, ligation of aneurysmal right MAPCA and clipping of modified pott-shunt. All conservative measures from cold saline lavage to left gastric artery embolisation were tried but none was successful
