ABSTRACT
It will analyze the work of some thinkers with an explanation of the history of Mexico as: Brian Hamnett and Eric Van Young. In contrast, it will be handled the Barrington Moore ideas, who sees the social dynamics of a peculiar and different way. Each has a particular way of addressing the independence process. Of these will be collected the highlights, to understand a little more of the revolutionary process. It may be the notion of the distinctive situation, or perhaps, the idea of political maturity. Or was it perhaps the eruption, without a consistent explanation, which caused the insurgency by some areas, which manifested itself in other without apparent explanation. In short, these three positions shed light on issues of independence from Mexico.
