ABSTRACT
Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) is a life threatening, neurological disorder most often caused by an adverse reaction to neuroleptic or anti psychotic drugs. A case of Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome who was posted for an incidental surgery and its anesthetic management is reported.
