ABSTRACT
The traditional understanding of efficiency as the relation of the result to expenses is actual in case of an assessment of the internal efficiency of organizational changes. External efficiency of changes proves itself through the ability of the organization to development and the compliance to environment requirements. It is important to manage the changes on the basis of marketing approach. The efficiency of the strategic management differs from the efficiency of the operational management, and it is estimated by other criteria. Definition of effective management of the organizational changes depends on their type.
