Paraparesis Following Spinal Anaesthesia In A Patient With An Undiagnosed Spinal Tumour

Although extremely rare, paraparesis can be a complication following spinal anaesthesia, in a patient with unrecognized spinal tumor. We describe a 45-year old female patient who underwent arthroscopy under spinal anesthesia and developed paraparesis in the postoperative period.
