ABSTRACT
The challenges that confront public administration and consequently the civil servants are ever increasing as the society became more complex. The lack of resources is causing even greater difficulties for public institutions in the process of service delivery. Public – private partnership is one of the solutions to the mentioned problem and to many others such as efficiency, quality, risk assessment and so. The involvement of the private companies in activities related to public administration including the policy development process is increasing. This process is likely to change the face of public administration in the next years.
