ABSTRACT
Path loss models are used to estimate the path loss between transmitter and receiver for outdoorand indoor applications. In this paper, path loss models for indoor propagation are investigated for multiwallconfiguration. Here, path loss and signal strength for a war ship environment are measured and comparedwith available data. Sensor nodes are deployed randomly in different ship locations which will help inpredicting signal strength in actual node locations.
