ABSTRACT
The Institutional Docent Initiation Scholarship Program (Pibid - portuguese initials) enabled extensions in the relations between the university and the school and caused significant changes regarding the initial and continued formation of teachers. As postulated by the authors such as Paulo Freire, Hannah Arendt, Fernando Hernandez and Montserrat Ventura, five projects were drawn up regularized in first years of elementary school specificities. In this paper, we present the actions of the Pibid-Pedagogy at Londrina State University (UEL) in order to socialize the actions developed in the projects Litemática: problem solving is not a problem; Playtime Project; Other looks, other stories: the Kaingang and Guarani in colonization and present context; The lenses capture what the heart feels and the school newspaper. The challenges of the docents in prioritizing interdisciplinary and pedagogy projects are approached from these themes.
