The paper presents the possibilities to obtain a uniform heating, by electromagnetic induction using the numerical modeling. By numerical modeling of the electromagnetic phenomena coupled with the thermalones for processing the semi-finished products made up of non-ferrous alloy, through electromagnetic induction we are trying to reach our purpose to obtaining a uniform heating on lengthwise of thecylindrical pieces in the shortest time. The purpose of the numerical modeling in this paper is to find solutions to homogenize the intensity of the magnetic field according to the geometry of the inductor, or by using a magnetic field intensifier.
