ABSTRACT
Among the models dealing with detection of quality in the sphere of services belong4Q model, GAP model or AIM-model, which describe actions and service creation according to comparison of intention, possibilities, expectations and requirements. Noted models can not be comprehended as segregation, but onlylike a supplementary actions to be taken to improve a quality through out ISO 9000 standard, if appropriate TQM system.Medzi modely zaoberajúce sa zisťovaním kva­lity vo sfére služieb možno zaradiť 4Q model, GAP-model alebo AlM-model, ktoré opisujú procesy a vznik služby ako komparáciu zámerov, možností, očakávaní a požiadaviek. Uvedené modely nemožno chápať izolovanie, ale ako do­plnkový nástroj zvyšovania kvality prostredníctvom radu noriem ISO 9000, prípadne systému TQM.
