ABSTRACT
In this article the author proved the inability of the domestic banking system to meet the current needs of the real sector in financial resources. It is proved that the attraction of bank lending is not profitable and affordable way to finance the activities of the domestic corporate sector. The main problems of bank loans for corporate financing were identified. The author expresses the opinion of the need to create alternative mechanisms for financing the corporate sector.
