ABSTRACT
Including divans a lot of ancient books are lost. As it in past, today we can also come across some of them during tne researches, and this adds a new page to our history of culture. Raşit Efendi who founded Raşid Efendi Library, was a stateman whose poems take place in some sources but his divan was lost. Our paper’s main subject consists of Raşit Efendi’s divan wich was found out and given to Ali Rıza Karabulut by Nail Bayraktar.
