The interest to surveying happiness of human resource at work and effective criteria on happiness in recent decades has increased. Feeling the happiness is Basis for human experience and influence the efficiency of the organization. In this paper first by reviewof related papers to happiness of human resource at work among the criteria be classified and then by using of the decision making method of significance evaluation among factors be prioritized. In this regard, designed a questionnaire and has been sent for twenty-three professional banks. After completing the questionnaire and their quantitative analysis achieved prioritizing among of factors and results find that criteria of job satisfaction, Thriving & Flourishing, Specialization and Good work/life balance are the most effective on the subject of happiness of human resource at work and have the strongest connection to other criteria.
