ABSTRACT
This investigation established that during fodder processing into feed mixture the quantity of protein decreases, especially in the defrostation and grinding processes. A coefficient of protein reservoir was suggested. The usage of this coefficient allows preventing protein deficiency in animals and rising efficiency of fur farming
