The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment in the healthcare sector. The data was collected through a survey that was administrated to 423 health employees in five hospitals in Sakarya. The data was collected with a Perception of Fair Interpersonal Treatment Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale. According to results, normative commitment sub dimensions of organizational commitment were effected by organizational justice sub dimensions (the relations with supervisors and the relations with employees). Organizational justice dimensions contributed 12% of the variance for affective commitment and contributed 11% of the variance for normative commitment.
