The study identifies the changes in the living conditions in the Agglomeration of Warsaw1995-2001 and their impact upon the decentralisation process of the population and businesses.It has been confirmed that spatial re-distribution of people and jobs in suburbanzone is affected by the living conditions in the areas, but the impact of land rent seems to bealso important.
