ABSTRACT
The status of the human resource management of the medium and small companies is as follows: “3 laggings behind”, “3 bottle necks” and “4 misunderstandings” which are basically caused by the un-matching of the environment and demands of the human resource management.  To strengthen the optimization of the human resource management environment is the key issue for increasing the level of the human resource management of the medium and small companies and promoting their sustainable and harmonious development.  This article shows the status of the human resource management of the medium and small companies, analyzes the human resource management environment of the medium and small companies and studies the relevant problems and countermeasures of the environmental optimization.
