ABSTRACT
The present study was undertaken to estimate the presence of catalase enzyme having antioxidant activities extracted from leaf samples of Curcuma aromatica. These antioxidants have been reported to prevent oxidative damage caused by free radical, also can be used in cardiovascular and anti-inflammatory diseases. Theconcentration of the catalase enzyme as well as its native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) analysis has been studied.
