ABSTRACT
This study investigates the effects of foreign direct investments on Labor productivity and analyzes the relation between capital efficiency and labor productivity using dummy variables regression model. This investigation includes foreign-, local-, and state-owned firms. In order to measure the impact of capital on total labor productivity, KL variable is employed in the model. Having found that KL is statistically significant, the analyze shows a positive spillover of foreign capital on labor productivity.
