This article proposes a method of surfaces fitting with NURBS from the regularization of a quadrilateral mesh implemented by Geodesic and B-Splines, in order to approached precisely and continually the geometry of the surface of the unknown physical object. The first phase of the proposed method consists of the following steps: 1. selection of a quadrilateral; 2. selection of a side of the chosen quadrilateral and their opposed one; 3. regularization using B-Splineswith lambda density; 4. Matching of regularized points by the FMM’s geodesic; and 5. generation of points for each line of B-spline with density lambda. The regularized quadrilateral mesh obtained from the previous phase, serves as base for the later layout of surfaces NURBS (Non Uniform Rational B-Splines), which are a standard of the systems CAD/CAM. Finally, the NURBS patches are optimized by Evolutionary Strategies.
