ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to at Isfahan state universities. The research questions were examined while considering knowledge conversion process(socialization, externalization, combination and internalization) and intellectual capital components(human capital, structural capital and customer capital). The research method was descriptive , correlation type. The statistical population consisted of 1472 faculty members of Isfahan state universities in 89-90 academic year in which to 64 isfahan university, medical science 90 and industrial university 51 were chosen by stratified random sampling .The information gathering tools were knowledge conversion process and intellectual capital component questionnaires with 26 and 35 items respectively. By use of Cronbach alpha coefficient , reliability coefficient was obtained equal to 0/96 for the knowledge questionnaire and 0/93 for the intellectual capital component questionnaire . The analysis of data was performed with (Step by step regression, Manova and Structural Model).The research findings revealed that human capital and structural capital are affected by knowledge socialization but this affected upon intellectual capital was not significant. Human capital and structural capital together alone were affected by knowledge externalization, combination and internalization. However, when all three aspects of intellectual capital are together placed in equation, effect of externalization, combination, and internalization was not significant. Also finding revealed that there are not significant relation between knowledge socialization and internalization with intellectual capital aspect but the relationship between knowledge combination and externalization with intellectual capital was significant
