ABSTRACT
The general principles of the organization of geographical information and analytical system of geoecological monitoring on a global scale, allowing to integrate in the general information environment separate measuring complexes and obtained data are considered, to increase quality of existing geomonitoring systems, to possess a modularity, the evident graphic interface on the basis of electronic cartography means, and as to have possibility of scaling and services for receiving access to the general databank to external users is analyzed in this paper. The choice of a network architecture of and analytical system of geoenvironmental monitoring is considered and feasibility of use of a network architecture of information retrieval systems and choice of the software architecture is specified.
