ABSTRACT
Distributing business processes of an organization among the employees' mobile devices can particularly reduce the time of execution. This paper presents BDMobIS, an architecture for business process distribution in mobile information systems. The processes described through BPEL (Business Process Execution Language), are transformed into a graph model. Afterward a bio-inspired algorithm of graph partitioning based on ants colony is applied to divide the initial processes in sub-processes, which are adapted and sent to the different mobile devices for their execution.
