ABSTRACT
To participate in the subject Gender Perspective which is developed as an introductory course in the Master‟s program in Integral Development of Women, allows recognizing gender bias in different scenarios. Evidence is the limited use of language with a gender perspective in the structure of the university pedagogical discourse. For these reasons, it is essential a curriculum both inclusive and sensitive to differences. This article suggests the universities assess the gender discrimination in their curricula, and in particular the Programs at the Faculty of Health Science at the Universidad Centroccidental “Lisandro Alvarado” to be forward in the conscious and natural use of inclusive language, with the purpose and effect from the academy, the vocational training as coexistence, in and out the classroom, it has more university environments increasingly fair, supportive, respectful of differences and, therefore, prone to tolerance and equity.
