ABSTRACT
The Hospitality area in Brazil have been changing significantly in the last 20 years and since pioneering SENAC-SP started to offer courses such as Hotel management, tourism and gastronomy has been using innovative teaching practices, always searching for developing the entrepreneurship attitude to find innovative solutions in a dynamic social and economical scenario. Within this framework in 1992 the Junior Enterprise, the first Junior Hospitality Enterprise in South America, was founded by students with all Institutional support provided by SENAC-SP since the first beginning. Since then the Junior Enterprise has been a prosperous environment to learn, practice and professional development for the students, also developing the entrepreneur attitude.
