ABSTRACT
This article undertakes a slow reading of the first lines with which Nietzsche opens his 1886 prologue to Human All Too Human (part 1). From a formal point of view, these lines exhibit an outstanding feature of Nietzsche´s writing: its “performative” style. Nietzsche does what he speaks about. On the other hand, these lines raise thequestion about the initial image which the author casts of himself and of his/her potential captive reader on this decisive first encounter between them. The latter must urgently ask himself some pungent questions about his/her own character. Is s/he, for instance,a true free spirit?////En este artículo se intenta una lectura pausada de las primeras líneas con las que Nietzsche inicia el prólogo de 1886 al primer volumen de Humano demasiado humano. Desde un punto de vista formal estas líneas permiten constatar la presencia de un rasgo protuberante de la escritura de Nietzsche: su estilo “performativo”. Nietzschemismo hace aquello de lo que habla. Por otra parte, estas líneas plantean la pregunta por la imagen inicial que el autor proyecta de sí y de su potencial lector cautivo en este decisivo primer encuentro entre sí. Este último debe plantearse acuciosamente algunas incisivas preguntas acerca de su propio carácter, v. gr. ¿es él un verdadero espíritu libre?
