ABSTRACT
随着全球范围内能源的紧缺,电动汽车充电设施的建设得到各国政府的支持。为了提高电网企业在充电设施建设与运营中的效益,论文针对贵阳市的城市特点以及民用汽车发展状况,首先采用BP神经网络对贵阳市电动汽车保有量进行了预测。根据预测得出的贵阳市民用汽车保有量的增长趋势,对贵阳市的充电设施的运营模式进行了研究,并对贵阳市电动汽车充电设施的建设方案与运营管理模式进行了建议。With the decrease of energy around the world, the development of electric vehicle has been app- roved in many countries, and the construction of charging facilities have also been supported by the go- vernments. In order to improve the efficiency of the power grid, the forecast on the ownership of the electric vehicle in Guiyang was investigated firstly, then the business mode of the charging faculties was investigated. Finally the strategy for the business mode of charging faculties was presented, which can improve the effi- ciency of the power company.
