ABSTRACT
Neo-classical paradigm, in the basis of which there was a free regulation of markets and negation of endogenous long-term crises, showed its incapacity, which resulted in the possibility of origination and development of the financial crisis of 2007. The article studies provisions of the neo-classical paradigm, analyses key consequences of the financial crisis, and considers the 4U concept, which reflects shortcomings of globalisation for the modern world economy. In order to reduce impact of destructive effects of globalisation and to pass to a new paradigm, the article considers a number of statements, which should be realised within the framework of the new paradigm. The article systemises main principles, which lie in the basis of the new economic paradigm.Неоклассическая парадигма, в основе которой лежало свободное регулирование рынков и отрицание эндогенных долгосрочных кризисов, показала свою несостоятельность, в результате чего стало возможным зарождение и развитие финансового кризиса 2007 года. В статье исследованы положения неоклассической парадигмы, проанализированы ключевые следствия финансового кризиса, рассмотрена концепция 4U, которая отражает недостатки глобализации для современной мировой экономики. Для снижения влияния деструктивных воздействий глобализации и осуществления перехода к новой парадигме, рассмотрен ряд утверждений, которые должны реализовываться в рамках новой парадигмы. Систематизированы основные принципы, которые легли в основу новой экономической парадигмы
